New Professionals April 2018 - Mexican Cooking

Join the New Professionals committee for a night of cooking, networking, and fun at Whole Foods Market-Lincoln Park.  We will have a private three hour hands on cooking class learning how to make mole from scratch. The mole will be poured over enchiladas and there will be festive accoutrement bar to add more depth and flavor, per your liking.  There will be plenty of food and beverages so please bring your appetite. We look forward to seeing you there.

This event is $15 and requires registration.

New Professional events are open to all, but geared towards anyone new to the food industry in the past 10 years.
